Drisana’s holistic healing approach stems from her background in eastern wellness philosophies, fused with her formal education in psychology, nursing, coaching and motivational interviewing. Drisana is fueled by her passion and appreciation for women, especially mothers. She has a perpetual determination to help women build confidence and gain control of their lives. Drisana has been supporting families in goal-setting and relationship building for over 20 years. Between her 27 years as a mother, 20 year marriage and life‘s work supporting families, Drisana has gained a deep understanding of the dynamic role and needs of mothers. Drisana also has extensive experience working directly with teens and tweens to help them in goal setting, getting and staying focused, and establishing balance and good habits for life long personal success!
